It is announced that with effect from June 2024, Foreign-Trained graduates who have not held a permanent licence from a recognised Medical or Dental Professional regulator wishing to take Council’s Registration Examination are required to undertake, at least, a SIX-(6) MONTH MANDATORY PRE-REGISTRATION EXAMINATION CLINICAL ATTACHMENT in an accredited facility by Council before being eligible to sit Council’s Registration Examination.

The TWENTY (20) AND TWENTY-FOUR (24) WEEKS MANDATORY CLINICAL ATTACHMENT for candidates who are unsuccessful on the first and second attempts, respectively, at the Registration Examinations are, therefore, NO LONGER mandatory.

Please take note and be guided accordingly.
