28. The Registrar shall, in January of every year, publish in the Gazette the name, addresses, dates of registration and qualifications of all registered practitioners. The Council shall provide three classes of registers for the registration of practitioners

All medical and dental practitioners are required by law to be registered with the Medical and Dental Council and be in Good Standing to practice in Ghana. It is against the law to practice in Ghana without being registered with the Medical and Dental Council Ghana, also it's unlawful to employ and engage the services of a practitioner who is not registered with the council.
