39. Every practitioner registered under this Decree shall have -
- the right to practice medicine or dentistry (as the case may be)
to the extent allowed under this Decree;
- the right to recover in any court, with full costs of suit, reasonable
charges for any medical, surgical or dental advice or attendance or for the
performance of any operation, or for any medicine or appliance which the
practitioner both prescribed and supplied;
- the right, subject to the provisions of any enactment, to prescribe and
store dangerous and restricted drugs;
- the right to sign a certificate or other document required by law to be
signed by practitioners.
