- It shall be the duty of the Disciplinary Committee to hold an enquiry into any disciplinary cases referred to it by the Penal Cases Committee.
- The Disciplinary Committee, if satisfied on the facts that a case has been made against a practitioner, may if it thinks fit determine that any of the following disciplinary measurers be applied to him, that is to say:
- suspend the practitioner from practice for such period as the
Committee may think fit; or
- direct the Registrar to remove his name from the Register; or
- c) suspend or postpone the giving of the aforesaid direction to the
Registrar for such a period as the Committee may think fit; and make any order
as to costs.
